Fit ranges are measured from the first hole to the last hole, not the full length of the leather.

Measure around your dog’s neck where the collar naturally sits, allowing room for two fingers. If the measurement falls where two sizes overlap, go up a size. Breeds are a general guide only. For necks under 28 cm or over 55 cm, contact us.
Shipping & Returns
Pre-orders ship in early December. If your order ships sooner, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Free ground shipping within the USA, guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. We ship within the USA only.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us for authorization first. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping is not refunded. Once your return arrives, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Need a different size or color? Contact us before your collar ships and we can usually swap it free of charge. Once it has shipped, a swap can’t be guaranteed.
Exchanges for a different size or color are welcome within 30 days of delivery for collars that are unused and in their original condition. You return the original collar and cover shipping on the replacement. If we sent the wrong item or there’s a defect, we cover all shipping.

Care
Wipe with a clean, soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid soaking, swimming, and direct heat; if the collar gets wet, let it air-dry at room temperature. Use leather-care products sparingly and test a small area first. Over time, solid brass develops a natural patina, a warm, antique tone many people love. To restore its original shine, simply buff it with a premium brass polish cream on a soft cloth, keeping it off the leather. Inspect the leather, stitching, and hardware regularly.
