What does LA FEDELTÀ mean?
LA FEDELTÀ means “loyalty” in Italian. Our brand is inspired by the enduring bond between dogs and the people who love them.
Where is CLASSICO made?
CLASSICO is handcrafted in Italy from premium Italian leather and finished with solid brass hardware.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure around your dog’s neck where the collar naturally rests and allow room for two fingers between the neck and collar. Please consult our Size Guide before ordering.
Will every collar look exactly the same?
Every collar is cut from genuine Italian leather, so each one has its own natural grain.
How should I care for the leather and brass?
After wear, wipe the collar gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth and avoid soaking it. If it becomes wet, let it air-dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat. Use leather-care products sparingly and always test them on a small, discreet area first. Over time, solid brass develops a natural patina, a warm, antique tone many people love. How should I inspect the collar?
Check the leather, stitching, and hardware regularly. Discontinue use if any part becomes damaged or shows excessive wear.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete conditions and instructions. Once your return arrives, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Is CLASSICO covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every CLASSICO collar comes with a one-year limited warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the leather, stitching, or solid brass hardware. Everyday wear, chewing, water damage, and lost collars or tags are not covered. Email info@lafedeltaitalia.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right. When will my collar ship?
CLASSICO is available for pre-order now. The first edition is limited to 200 pieces. Pre-orders ship in early December and are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. If your order ships sooner, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping within the USA is complimentary. We currently ship within the USA only.
Can I change my collar size?
Contact us before your order ships and we can usually swap the size free of charge. Once an order has shipped, a size swap can’t be guaranteed.
Can I exchange my collar after delivery?
Exchanges for a different size or color are welcome within 30 days of delivery for collars that are unused and in their original condition. You return the original collar and cover shipping on the replacement. If we sent the wrong item or there’s a defect, we cover all shipping.
